Uterine Cancer
Category: 婦人科ICD-10: C54
Overview
Uterine cancer (endometrial cancer) is a malignant tumor arising from the endometrium. Risk factors include prolonged estrogen exposure, obesity, diabetes, and Lynch syndrome. It predominantly affects postmenopausal women.
Symptoms
Abnormal uterine bleeding (especially postmenopausal bleeding) is the most common symptom. Advanced disease may cause pelvic pain and abnormal discharge.
Diagnosis
Transvaginal ultrasound identifies endometrial thickening. Endometrial biopsy provides definitive diagnosis. MRI evaluates myometrial invasion depth.
Treatments
Surgery (total hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy) is the primary treatment. Advanced cases may require lymph node dissection, adjuvant chemotherapy, and/or radiation. Hormone therapy is an option for fertility preservation in select young patients.
Latest Research & Approaches
Lenvatinib plus pembrolizumab has been approved for advanced dMMR/MSI-H endometrial cancer. Molecular classification is increasingly guiding treatment decisions.
